SPUN190408 H20 turning insert, multi-sharpened, from the Polish manufacturer Baildonit. Modern SPUN 190408 turning insert, multi-sharpened, of the Polish company Baildonit, type SPUN 190408 H20 characterized by increased strength and resistance to abrasive wear. It has the following dimensions: side length l -19,05 mm, insert thickness s - 4,76 mm, insert radius re- 0,80 mm. It is manufactured from a special grade of carbide H20. This grade of carbide is designed for professional medium fine and rough machining of various grades of cast iron at moderate cutting speeds and medium and high feeds in adverse and difficult machining conditions. The multi-sharpened inserts in our store are resistant to harsh cutting conditions, including the high temperatures generated during high-speed cutting. Multi-cutting inserts are suitable for machining copper alloys, light alloys, heat-resistant materials, heat-resistant materials and heat-hardened plastics.
