Pogłębiacz walcowo czołowy, typ NWCa, zgodny z normą DIN 373. Przeznaczony do profesjonalnej obróbki wcześniej wykonanych otworów pod płaskie łby śrub. Może służyć do pogłębiania otworów pod kątem prostym, powiększania otworów a także innego kształtowania powierzchni otworów. Oferujemy Państwu pogłębiacze walcowo czołowe z chwytem walcowym, z pilotem stałym, który zwiększa precyzję obróbka a także centruje narzędzie w otworze minimalizując ryzyko zejścia pogłębiacza w bok. Przedmiotowe pogłębiacze prowadzone w otworze przejściowym średnio-dokładnym są wykonane ze specjalnej stali szybkotnącej HSS. Jej wysokie właściwości bezpośrednio wpływają na lepsze efekty obróbki. Przede wszystkim zwiększają wytrzymałość pogłębiaczy na ciężkie warunki skrawania, w tym na wysoką temperaturę do 600 stopni powstałą podczas obróbki wysokowydajnej na zwiększonych obrotach. Pogłębiacze nadają się do obróbki materiałów klasy P1.2 – P1.3 (stale węglowe, metale, miedź, brąz, aluminium, mosiądz). Można je stosować do obrabiarek konwencjonalnych, wiertarek i obrabiarek CNC.
