A modern F-shaped rotary file with a working diameter of 12 mm, working part length of 25 mm and shank M06. It is a file with high cutting properties designed for professional shaping and finishing sawing, surface levelling, smoothing unevenness, removing corrosion, leveling welds, removing burrs, welds and seams after welding. Semicircular arc rotary files fi 12 mm found in our store are made of high-quality materials. The shank part is made of conventional tool steel, while the working part is made of VHM carbide. Such manufacture of semicircular arc rotary files fi 12 mm guarantees their high technical efficiency, increased resistance to severe cutting conditions, as well as increased resistance to abrasive wear under the influence of high temperature - even up to 700 - 1000 degrees C. Thanks to the use of carbide, it is possible to obtain a surface with low roughness and high accuracy.
