Profesjonalny pogłębiacz NWSb, zgodny z normą wymiarową DIN 335-B. Przeznaczony do pogłębiania, powiększania i innej obróbki otworów pod kątem 90 stopni. Maksymalna ich średnica wynosi 20,5 mm. Oferowane pogłębiacze nadają się do obróbki twardych i trudnoobrabialnych materiałów, w tym do stali węglowych (niestopowych), miedzi, brązu, aluminium, mosiądzu i tworzyw sztucznych. Wysoka wytrzymałość na ciężkie warunki skrawania jest efektem zastosowania do ich produkcji nowoczesnej stali szybkotnącej HSS. Dzięki jej właściwościom, pogłębiacze są bardzo twarde, trwałe i odporne na ścieranie pod wpływem wysokiej temperatury (do 600 stopni C). Można je stosować do obróbki wysokowydajnej i precyzyjnej. Możliwość obróbki na wysokich obrotach sprawia, że skraca się ogólny czas pracy, a także możliwe jest ograniczenie ogólnych kosztów obróbki. Pogłębiacze stożkowe z naszego sklepu można stosować do różnych typów obrabiarek, w tym również do maszyn CNC.
