Description
Narzynka maszynowa do rurek instalacyjnych stalowych Pg 11. Wykonana zgodnie z normą wymiarową DIN 22568 z nowoczesnej stali szybkotnącej HSS – High Speed Steel. Dzięki właściwościom tej stali, oferowane przez nas narzynki nadają się do wysokowydajnej obróbki bardzo twardych i trudnoobrabialnych materiałów klasy P1.2 – P1.3. Są to twarde stale niestopowe, stale konstrukcyjne, stale automatowe, także metale, metale kolorowe, stopy metali i utwardzane termicznie tworzywa sztuczne. Narzynki Pg tego typu wyróżniają się zwiększoną wytrzymałością na bardzo ciężkie warunki pracy i możliwością gwintowania na wysokich obrotach. Ostrza narzynek są bardzo twarde, trwałe i odporne na ścieranie nawet pod wpływem wysokiej temperatury powstałej podczas obróbki z dużą prędkością. Rzadko ulegają uszkodzeniom mechanicznym (złamanie, pęknięcie, wyszczerbienie, wykruszenie, a nawet stępienie).
