Description

Narzynka maszynowa okrągła to narzędzie wieloostrzowe przeznaczone do nacinania gwintów zewnętrznych. Jest to narzynka jednolita co oznacza że wykonuje gwint za jednym przejściem, po niecałych 2 zwojach a dokładnie 1,75 P wykonywany jest już pełny gwint. Zasada pracy narzynki polega na nakręcani jej (tak jak nakrętki na śrubę) podczas którego ostrza narzynki nacinają gwint. Narzędzie zostało wykonane z wysoko gatunkowej stali szybkotnące SW7M z rodziny HSS. Możliwe zastosowanie narzynki zarówno przy obróbce ręcznej jak i maszynowej. Ważną kwestią przy wykonywaniu ręcznie gwintów jest używanie oprawek do narzynek, dzięki którym zapewnia się odpowiednie wykonanie gwintu oraz można uniknąć uszkodzenia narzynki. Konstrukcja narzynek. Narzynki posiadają otwory wiórowe które mają za zadanie odprowadzić nacięty materiał, w zależności od wielkości narzynki może ich być zazwyczaj od 3-6 otworów. W części roboczej narzynki wyróżnia się części skrawające (istnieją na obu częściach części roboczej) oraz część prowadzącą znajdującą się w środku części roboczej.
