Frez NFWa DIN 884 walcowy przeznaczony jest do obróbki płaszczyzn. Posiada ostrza jedynie na powierzchni walcowej. Jest to frez nasadzany który wymaga użycia odowiedniego trzpienia. Zaletą stosowania takich frezów jest wzajemne znoszenie się sił osiowych, występujących na obu częściach freza. Frezy walcowe nasadzane, zespołowe wykonuje się jako jednolite ze stali szybkotnącej SK5.
Nowoczesny frez nasadzany walcowy, zgodny z normą DIN 884, typ NFWa. Jest to frez o wymiarach 63x70, Z-6, do obróbki średniozgrubnej, z ostrzami grubymi do skrawania materiałów miękkich. Przeznaczony jest do obróbki płaszczyzn, przy zastosowaniu odpowiedniego trzpienia. Służy do kształtowania płaszczyzn, a jego ostrza mają kształt linii śrubowej i znajdują się wyłącznie w zewnętrznej powierzchni walcowej. Oferowane w naszym sklepie frezy nasadzane walcowe wymagają użycia odpowiedniego trzpienia. Wyprodukowane są z nowoczesnej molibdenowej stali szybkotnącej HSS.
