Precyzyjnie wykonane gwintowniki ręczne metryczne ogólnego przeznaczenia. Typ gwintowników M, średnica 3,5 mm, klasa tolerancji wykonanych gwintów 6H. Oferowane Państwu gwintowniki wyprodukowane są z nowoczesnej stali szybkotnącej HSS, przez serbską firmę FRA. Przeznaczone są do wykonywania gwintów zwykłych metrycznych ISO DIN-13 o kącie 60 stopni. Nadają się do obróbki stali niestopowych, metali, metali kolorowych i ich stopów a także twardych tworzywach sztucznych. Gwintowanie realizowane jest ręcznie przy pomocy specjalnego pokrętła, w trzech etapach: gwintowanie wstępne, właściwe i końcowe. W kolejnych etapach gwintowania stosuje się odpowiednio poszczególne narzędzia z zestawu: 8P – wstępniak, 4P – zdzierak i 2P – wykańczak. Gwintowniki wykonane są zgodnie z normą DIN 352, a zastosowanie do ich produkcji nowoczesnej stali narzędziowej HSS umożliwia zwiększenie jakości gwintowania, uzyskanie lepszej dokładności gwintów, zwiększenie wytrzymałości narzędzi na ciężkie warunki pracy a także zwiększenie ostrzy na ewentualne uszkodzenia mechaniczne powstałej podczas obróbki w ciężkich warunkach.
