Description

Zestaw dwóch wysokiej jakości gwintowników znanej serbskiej firmy FRA - Fabrika Reznog Alata – Cacak. Oferowane narzędzia przeznaczone są do wykonywania gwintów amerykańskich zunifikowanych zwykłych UNC o średnicy 1/4 cala i 20 zwojach na 1 cal. Nadają się do gwintowania otworów przelotowych i nieprzelotowych w elementach wykonanych z materiałów oznaczonych symbolem P1.2 – P1.3 (stale niestopowe, metale, metale kolorowe, stopy metali). Narzędzia wyprodukowane są ze specjalnej stali szybkotnącej HSS – High Speed Steel. Jest to wyjątkowy materiał, który sprawia, że wykonane z niego narzędzia posiadają wysoką wytrzymałość na trudne warunki skrawania. Ostrza gwintowników są odporne na złamanie, stępienie, pęknięcie a nawet wyszczerbienie. Te cechy sprawiają, że gwintowniki charakteryzują się bardzo długim okresem eksploatacji. Należy również dodać, że zastosowanie do produkcji gwintowników stali szybkotnącej powoduje dużą wydajność skrawania przy jednocześnie wysokiej dokładności nacinanych gwintów. Klasa dokładności gwintów 2B, narzędzia wykonane są zgodnie z normą oznaczoną symbolem ISO 529
