Description

Komplet 3-sztukowy gwintowników do gwintu amerykańskiego zunifikowanego UNC, rozmiar No 5-40, UNC 2B wykonany według normy wymiarowej DIN 352. Wyprodukowany przez serbską firmę FRA (Fabrika Reznog Alata – Cacak). Gwintowniki nadają się do ręcznej obróbki bardzo twardych i trudnoobrabialnych materiałów klasy P1.2 – P1.3. Są to między innymi stale niestopowe, stale automatowe, metale, metale nieżelazne, stopy miedzi i aluminium a także termo- i chemoutwardzalne tworzywa sztuczne. Gwintowniki ręczne zunifikowane wyprodukowane zostały z nowoczesnej wysokogatunkowej stali szybkotnącej HSS. Jest to stal narzędziowa o podwyższonych właściwościach mechanicznych. Pozwalają one na polepszenie jakości obrabianych powierzchni a także znaczne zwiększenie wydajności obróbki. Istotną zaletą gwintowników jest także możliwość obróbki twardych materiałów w bardzo ciężkich warunkach.
