Profesjonalny gwintownik maszynowy ogólnego przeznaczenia z chwytem przelotowym wydłużonym do gwintów metrycznych zwykłych. Posiada kąt 60 stopni, nakrój C (2-3 P), rowki wiórowe śrubowe, typ M 11. Gwintowniki tego typu zgodne są z normą DIN 376. Oferowane przez nas narzędzia wyprodukowane są ze specjalnej stali szybkotnącej HSSE – z dodatkiem 5% kobaltu. Ten składnik stali wpływa na możliwość zwiększenia wydajności obróbki i jednocześnie zwiększenia precyzji nacinanych gwintów. Nadto gwintowniki maszynowe metryczne wykonane z tej stali są bardziej wytrzymałe na ciężkie warunki skrawania, w tym na bardzo wysoką temperaturę powstałą podczas gwintowania z dużą prędkością. Ostrza gwintowników rzadko ulegają jakimkolwiek uszkodzeniom mechanicznym (złamania, pęknięcia, wyszczerbienia), co znacznie polepsza jakość gwintowania i wydłuża okres używania narzędzi.
