Machine tapping M16x1.5 for stainless steel, straight

Modern M16x1.5 blind through-thread machine taps straight with a short thread cap (2-3 coil) - has straight chip grooves in which chips collect during threading. This tapping machine does not lead the chips either up or down the hole. It has a reinforced shank of general use for machine cutting of ordinary metric threads type M, diameter 16 mm. The angle of the shank is 6 degrees, type of shank C - for threading through-holes and blind holes in materials giving short chips. Machine tapping M16x1,5 for stainless steel made according to the standard marked DIN 376 from high speed steel with 5% cobalt - HSSE. This is a unique tool steel characterized by much higher resistance to heavy cutting conditions, as well as the ability to machine very hard and hard-to-machine materials. The threader is suitable for threading parts made of stainless steel, heat-resistant steel, acid-resistant steel, cast steel, cast iron, metal sinters and others. The tapping machine also has the advantage of significantly increasing machining efficiency. This feature translates directly into a reduction in the processing time of a single component, and thus the possibility of better use of the workstation.
