Wysokiej jakości gwintownik maszynowy z chwytem przelotowym, zgodny z normą DIN 376, przeznaczony do nacinania gwintów metrycznych zwykłych typ M średnica 3,5 mm. Nadaje się do gwintowania nakrętek w twardych materiałach takich jak stale stopowe, stal nierdzewna, stal kwasoodporna, stal żaroodporna, staliwo, żeliwo. Oferowany przez nas gwintownik posiada nakrój C – do otworów przelotowych i nieprzelotowych wykonany jest ze specjalnej stali szybkotnącej HSSE. Jest to wyjątkowa stal narzędziowa z zawartością 5% kobaltu, której właściwości wpływają bezpośrednio na wyższą jakość gwintownika. Jej zastosowanie wpływa na większą wytrzymałość gwintowników na bardzo trudne warunki obróbki, w tym również na wysoką temperaturę powstałą w procesie skrawania na wysokich obrotach. Nawet przy skrawaniu twardych materiałów, ostrza gwintowników są odporne na złamania, pęknięcia, wyszczerbienia, wykruszenia i inne uszkodzenia.
