Wysokiej jakości nowoczesny gwintownik maszynowy z chwytem przelotowym do wykonywania gwintów metrycznych drobnozwojnych w otworach przelotowych i ślepych w materiałach z krótkim wiórem (nakrój C – 2-3 P). Kąt nakroju 60 stopni, ISO DIN-13. Przedmiotowe gwintowniki drobnozwojne wykonane zostały z nowoczesnej wysokogatunkowej stali szybkotnącej HSSE – z dodatkiem kobaltu 5%. Właściwości tej stali wpływają na większe możliwości zastosowania gwintowników. Między innymi wpływają na możliwość wykorzystania gwintowników do obróbki bardzo twardych materiałów, które stwarzają problem przy obróbce gwintownikami z konwencjonalnej stali narzędziowej. Są to stale stopowe, stal nierdzewna, stal żarowytrzymała, stal żaroodporna, staliwo, żeliwo. Nadto gwintowniki są bardziej twarde, trwałe i odporne na trudne warunki skrawania. Oferowane przez nas gwintowniki są wysokowydajne, pozwalają na zwiększenie prędkości skrawania i skrócenie czasu pracy i lepsze wykorzystanie posiadanych stanowisk pracy. Ostrza gwintowników są odporne na uszkodzenia mechaniczne, co wydłuża czas ich używania. Nadają się do gwintowania elementów wykonanych ze stali stopowych, stali nierdzewnej, stali kwasoodpornej, stali żaroodpornej, żeliwa, staliwa.
