Professional conical sharp rotary file fi 10 mm, marked M1020 M06, is dedicated to both retail customers and large manufacturing plants. The file is designed for surface treatment, leveling any irregularities on it. It is suitable for removing corrosion, for chamfering and breaking edges, for smoothing welds and seams, for removing sprues and efflorescence after casting machining, as well as for other smoothing of planes. Rotary sharp conical files fi 10 mm found in our store are made of tool steel (in the shank part) and VHM carbide (in the working part). Rotary files made of the above-mentioned materials are very hard and durable, their parameters are similar to diamond. They are characterized by high hardness and durability, as well as increased resistance to abrasive wear even at very high temperatures reaching 700 - 1000 degrees C. Rotary conical sharp files fi 10 mm can be used for machining of unalloyed and alloyed steels, metals, stainless steel, acid-resistant, heat-resistant and heat-resistant steel, as well as for cast steel and gray iron.
