Nowoczesny rozwierak maszynowy NNRT, rozmiar 12,75 mm, zgodny ze standardami normy wymiarowej DIN 228. Jest to rozwiertak zdzierak trzpieniowy na stożku Morse`a, przeznaczony do końcowej obróbki otworów walcowych przelotowych i nieprzelotowych. Można go stosować do rozwiercania otworów po wiertle, a także do uzyskania wyższej dokładności obrabianej powierzchni i odpowiedniej chropowatości obrabianych otworów. Jest to narzędzie wieloostrzowe z rowkami krętymi, wykonane w całości ze specjalnej stali szybkotnącej HSS – High Speed Steel. Dzięki jej właściwościom możliwe jest skrawanie twardych materiałów klasy P1.2 – P1.3. Są to stale niestopowe, metale, metale kolorowe, stopy metali i tworzywa sztuczne. Rozwiertaki nadają się do obróbki wykonywanej na różnych typach obrabiarek konwencjonalnych oraz na nowoczesnych maszynach numerycznych sterowanych komputerowo w technologii CNC. Rozwiertaki maszynowe z naszej oferty wyróżniają się większą odpornością na uszkodzenia mechaniczne i dłuższym okresem użytkowania.
