Nowoczesny gwintownik maszynowy Whitwortha, typ NGWf, BSW do nacinania gwintów calowych zwykłych, średnica 7/8, 9 zwojów na cal. Klasa tolerancji wykonanych gwintów 2B, BS-84:1956. Przedmiotowe gwintowniki maszynowe Whitwortha wyprodukowane zostały z najwyższą dokładnością ze specjalnej nowoczesnej stali szybkotnącej – HSS. Skład stali wpływa na zwiększenie trwałości i twardości gwintowników, a tym samym na ich wyższą odporność na ciężkie warunki pracy. Nawet podczas gwintowania z wysoką prędkością podczas której powstaje wysoka temperatura, przedmiotowe gwintowniki maszynowe zachowują wysoką sprawność skrawania i niezwykle rzadko ulegają uszkodzeniom mechanicznym. Dzięki temu wydłuża się również okres ich eksploatacji. Nasze gwintowniki nadają się do obróbki materiałów klasy P1.2 – P1.3.
