Wysokiej jakości gwintownik maszynowy do nacinania gwintów amerykańskich zunifikowanych zwykłych UNC No 5-40. Rodzaj nakroju A – do krótkich otworów przelotowych. Sprzedawane przez nas gwintowniki maszynowe zunifikowane są wyprodukowane zgodnie z normą DIN 352. Do ich produkcji została wykorzystana nowoczesna stal szybkotnąca HSS – High Speed Steel. Jej wysokie właściwości skrawne przekładają się bezpośrednio na wysokie parametry gwintowania. Przede wszystkim przedmiotowe gwintowniki maszynowe pozwalają na zwiększenie wydajności i precyzji skrawania. Nadto są wytrzymałe na ciężkie warunki pracy, w tym głównie na wysoką temperaturę (do 600 stopni C). Rzadko ulegają uszkodzeniom mechanicznym takim jak złamanie, pęknięcie, wykruszenie, wyszczerbienie, a nawet stępienie. Dzięki tym zaletom gwintowniki mogą być bardzo długo eksploatowane co wpływa na zmniejszenie kosztów obróbki.
