Wysokiej jakości profesjonalny gwintownik do maszynowego nacinania gwintów amerykańskich zunifikowanych UNF – No 5 – 44. Są to gwinty drobnozwojowe, o zarysie trójkątnym (kąt 60 stopni). Pole tolerancji wykonanych gwintów wynosi 2B. Typ naroju C (2 – 3 P) – do otworów ślepych i przelotowych w materiałach dających krótkie wióry. W naszym sklepie polecamy gwintowniki maszynowe zunifikowane wyprodukowane z nowoczesnej stali szybkotnącej HSS (High Speed Steel) według normy DIN 352. Tego typu gwintowniki maszynowe są odporne na ciężkie warunki skrawania, a przede wszystkim odporne na bardzo wysoką temperaturę, która powstaje podczas skrawania z dużą prędkością. Ta cecha umożliwia skrócenie czasu obróbki, a tym samym lepsze wykorzystanie posiadanych obrabiarek i zmniejszenie ogólnych kosztów pracy. Nadto gwintowniki ze stali HSS rzadko pękają, łamią się, kruszą lub wyłamują, co znacznie wydłuża okres ich używania.
